Some feedback: the egg mcmuffin this sunday morning was ok but the egg was hard and the bacon quite rubbery with not much taste. Please have the egg as half soft and the bacon as nice and crispy - then it will be great and I'll give it a 5-star.
This restaurant is generally good and very clean, but I would prefer staff to give customers a little more space. I understand they must 'look' busy at all times, but that's not the same as genuinely being busy. Walking around simply to appear busy for the sake of it can make it difficult for customers to relax and enjoy a meal in peace. If management require staff to keep busy, it would be better for that time to be spent on things that genuinely need doing, rather than just looking busy.
